Welcome to WorthIt. By downloading, installing, or using the WorthIt iOS app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
WorthIt is a personal finance tool that converts prices into hours of your work, helping you decide whether a purchase is worth it. The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Free trial and subscriptions
New users receive a free 21-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription:
- Monthly: €7.99 / month
- Yearly: €59.99 / year (save 37%)
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App.
- Abuse the AI Price Search or Receipt Scanner with automated scripts.
5. AI-generated information
The AI Price Search and Receipt Scanner provide estimates and suggestions based on publicly available data. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. WorthIt does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Always verify important information before making purchasing decisions.
6. Your data
All your financial data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
7. Intellectual property
WorthIt, the WorthIt logo, and all related branding are owned by us. The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which WorthIt is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
